You may or may not know that we have a church plant, led by Russell and Megan Marshall, at Dwell Apartments on Franklin Gateway (you can hear more of their story HERE ). The Church at Dwell serves those in their community in a variety of ways and would love help with some of their upcoming events. - They are hosting a free kids clothing event on March 19th from 10am-1pm. They have partnered with a new non-profit called Garments of Grace that provides free gently used kids clothes to our community. If you would like to volunteer for this event please sign up HERE
- The second annual Spring Fest is on April 2nd from 3-5pm. This event is a big property-wide Easter egg hunt, potluck, and multiple fun stations and a Jesus story time to share the reason for Easter! If anyone would like to participate in this event, please email abbie@upliftga.org. There are two volunteer shifts from 1-5pm or 2-6 pm.
