The Youth Discipleship Coordinators are dedicated mentors who invest in the spiritual growth of our students through intentional relationships and consistent presence. Under the leadership of the Youth Pastor and Associate Youth Pastor, they disciple students and support ministry operations. This role includes mentorship, teaching, event execution, and practical ministry support, ensuring students feel known, loved, and encouraged in their faith.
Our ministry internship is designed to help those early in their career who are trying to discern a calling into work on a church staff or the mission field, to gain clarity and insight into their calling. The internship runs for 20-weeks and pays $15/hour. We offer internships seasonally. Email to inquire below.
Our church planting residency is designed to help launch those who have a clear sense of calling to plant or lead a church. The goal is to provide practical ministry opportunities as well as support for personal growth and development. This full-time paid residency runs for up to 24 months. Email Kim to inquire below.
