ABOUT CAMP HOPE

Camp Hope is a ministry of Kidz2Leaders, a Christ-centered, gospel-focused organization designed to serve kids who have an incarcerated parent. Serving with Camp Hope is a local, short-term mission trip that extends into opportunities to serve throughout the year. At Camp Hope, these children have the opportunity to experience camp activities, bond with their cabin groups and hear gospel-centered messages of hope.

SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER THIS SUMMER

There are many opportunities available to serve with Camp Hope this summer. Please review the list below and reach out to kayla.stahl@kidz2leaders.org if you have questions or would like to sign up.

• Cabin Counselor (**the most URGENT need)
  • Counselors stay in the cabins with their campers, facilitate cabin devotionals and join campers for activities and meals.
  • Dates of need: 
    • July 8-14 (serving 8-12 year olds)
    • July 15-21 (serving 13-18 year olds)
  • Location: Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, GA
  • Training: Pick ONE: June 11, 25 or 28
• Check-In/Check-Out
  • Help make families’ entry and exit from camp as smooth and welcoming as possible.
  • Dates of need:
    • July 9 and 16 from 1:00-4:00 pm
    • July 14 and 21 from 10:30 am – 1:00 pm
  • Location: Smyrna, GA
  • Training: June 22 6:00 – 7:00 pm at Smyrna First Baptist
• Administration
  • Help organize supplies, run errands, field phone calls and attend to details so camp can run smoothly.
  • Dates of need:
    • July 10-13
    • OR July 17-20
    • Note: This volunteer opportunity is available for single or multiple day(s) availability
  • Location: Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, GA
