Looking for an opportunity to give?

In Eastern Europe, in the small country of Montenegro, many families are struggling to get by and with the inflation brought on by the influx of Ukrainians and Russians, that struggle has gotten worse. One of our Ministry Partner families, Cory and Jessie German, are working with Cru Montenegro to run a local food bank called Nova Nit. The goal of Nova Nit is to help those families in need receive staple food items and hygiene products. By working with local grocery stores and two community gardens, they are able to buy the products at discounted rates and provide fresh produce. Their goal is to provide the needed packages to at least 50 families each month for around €30 ($32.50) per package.

Cory and Jessie would love to share more about this ministry and how you can be a part of it. They would also love to talk with anyone who has had experience with running a food bank. You can make a donation at give.cru.org/1238182 or you can contact Cory at cory.german@cru.org.
