There is a godly way and a worldly way to respond to our sin. In Peter, we see a godly response of repentance, forgiveness, and moving back towards Jesus. In Judas, we see a lack of repentance and moving away from Jesus. When we experience the love of Jesus it helps us know the depth and breadth of His mercy and forgiveness that's available to us.
