A message from the series "Sunday Morning Services." Ezra 1-6 Reboot (recap of chapters 1-6) God's Kingdom is already with us but not yet fully established. We are in a tension of what He has already done and what we are still waiting to see fully fulfilled. We can trust in God's sovereignty as we walk in this tension. A message from the series "Weekly Sermon." 21 Days of Seeking Typically this time of year many of us are setting goals and making resolutions. This year we want to begin with a bit of a different posture-one of surrender and dedication. Over the next 3 Sundays we want to take time to consecrate our year, and all that we have, to God. Taking a posture of yielding versus goal setting. We want to go in open handed recognizing all we have is from God and dedicating all we have to Him. We will be unpacking this more on Sundays but wanted to give you a heads up on a few different ways you can engage over the next few weeks: Worship Nights: we will gather from 7-8pm on Wednesday nights Jan 13, 20 & 27 to worship and pray. Childcare will be available for kids birth-5th grade if needed. Please register if you plan to attend. Fast: we will be doing a Daniel Fast (Daniel 1.12, 10:2-3) from Jan 11-31. During a fast we give up something to focus more time and energy on the Lord and as a way of acknowledging our hunger for Him. We would love to see everyone, from children to adults, engage on some level. Please be praying about what that may look like for you. Songs Breakthrough - Red Rocks Worship How He Loves - John Mark McMillan I Surrender - Hillsong Worship Here's My Heart - Chris Tomlin and Louie Giglio
