The first step in doing your deal is discovering the good works God is preparing for you to do (Ephesians 2.10). Below are some steps you can take to help you discern where and to what He may be leading you into in this season of your life.
Ways to Engage
Our vision is to see our community transformed by God. We believe that each of us has a part to play in seeing that happen. However, it may be difficult to know where to start.

Deep Roots
What does it mean to be conformed into the image of Jesus? How do I hear God? What is He calling me to do? As disciples of Jesus we want to continually ask these questions and grow deeper in our understanding of who God is, who we are, and how we live out our faith.
Deep Roots is a twelve week group led by David Eldridge where we focus on growing in the four anchors we hold to as a church: being conformed into the image of Jesus (Romans 8.29), being led by the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5.25), doing the good works God has prepared for us (Eph 2.10) in the places He has planted us (Jer 29.7).

Mighty Men + Women
God has created good works for each of us to do- but we don’t want to go at it alone. We started Mighty Men + Women to create a place to pray for and encourage each other as we actively engage in the good works God has for us (Ephesians 2:10). We want to gather together in the presence of God to ‘spur one another on to love and good deeds'.
If you are still looking for ways to engage in ministry or trying to discern your calling this is a great place to be inspired and connect with others.
If praying for and encouraging others is part of your deal we would love to have you join us to help pray.
Our next gathering is on Wednesday, September 11 from 6:30-8:00pm. We will start with a simple meal then take time to worship, share and pray. Childcare is provided with reservations. Please sign up HERE if you plan to attend.
Internships and Residency Programs
The internship is designed to help those who are trying to discern a calling into work on a church staff, church planting, leading worship, or going to the mission field. Our hope is to help any who are considering a vocation in ministry to gain clarity and insight into their calling. The internship runs for 20-weeks with Tuesdays being the primary work day and pay is $15/hour.
Our church planting residency is designed to help launch those who have a demonstrated sense of calling to plant or lead a church. The goal is to provide practical ministry opportunities as well as support for personal growth and development. This full-time paid residency runs for 10-12 months.
